This did not come with instructions on how to use them, so I ended up looking back at the original listing. Unfortunately how I have my track set up the channel interior is not easily accessible to tighten down or lock this Bumper in place, a few abrupt bumps and it usually moves the bumper a few inches and sometimes even all the way out. I think if it had a different type of lock on the bottom it would be a lot easier to use even if it was a small finger Bolt, with a more lock style washer in the interior so you didn't have to try to reach a wrench inside your channel track.
