The spout on the dispenser is poor quality and broke after the first 2 uses. Do not recommend buying especially for flavored water!

I see this has gotten some bad reviews because of leaking. I was hesitant to buy because of that, but figured with Amazon's return policy I'd be okay.I'm so glad I did as the one I received is fantastic quality. No leaking at all and it is beautiful!

We have been using this dispenser for a couple of years now at our wedding venue, and they are better than all of the others we have tried. The glass lids last (as opposed to the metal screw-on type, that dent and rust and stop screwing-on), and this is a nice size for cleaning in a normal kitchen sink.

EDITED:We were planning to add caulking or do something creative to fix the spigot. We discovered you can screw in and tighten the seal from inside the jar. It doesn't leak now, so my only complaint is the messy package.I opened the box and was greeted by a mess of static electric styrofoam beads sticking to everything. The styrofoam packaging had crumbled into thousands of pieces. I couldn't even remove them from the glass jar. Tape removed the styrofoam beads them from surrounding surfaces and I opted to use a drain plug to protect my kitchen sink plumbing and rinse them off of the jug with water. It worked, but it took some effort. Finally, hopeful that my hard work had paid off, I filled the jug to try out the spigot. It leaked a steady flow of liquid from the moment the liquid reached the spigot. It's completely useless and it has been a waste of time even opening it. I don't know how I'm going to return it with the packaging already destroyed. So disappointed!

I fill this with fruit infused water every day to help increase our water intake and this dispenser is perfect! Sturdy, super easy to clean and cute! It matches my farmhouse theme home perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
