Motor looks good and is wired correctly for rotation. When I checked the RPM's with the blower wheels installed, Max RPM was only 2400 rpm with 12.5 VDC applied to motor, This is supposed to be a 2700 rpm motor. Motor is installed in a Suburban SF-35 furnace and is working. Furnace is rated to put out 375 cfm of airflow but, I doubt if this motor is putting out the rated amount of flow.

Just over a year old and the original gave up on me. This was an exact match for my application. The leads are longer than the original but that will make it easier to replace if ever needed.

Hopefully this one is better than the one I purchased a year ago from a different seller on another platform.I only had it less than a year, with only four months of actual use.Upon contacting suburban for support the factory warranty was only 90 days from date of purchase.Lesson learned, I added the three year added warranty.

This does fit the 40k btu furnace. Although my original part number does not match the new part, it does fit. Check for the setting blocks on your motor. If they have them, this will fit.

Modified this to fit in an old NT-35K. Just cut down the ends to length and filed flat spots for the set screws. Bolted right in. The motor spins in the opposite direction as the original 231225 (no longer available), so I just swapped the red/black wires. I don't know it it will last yet, but it fits and runs quiet. In hindsight, I would have swapped the mounting studs then cut the shafts to length so it wouldn't be running in reverse.
