This furnace doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s a piece of junk. Do not buy this. Do not buy anything from the seller. I became having problems with contact the seller lost contact with the seller. Amazon hasn’t helped either. I’m out just under $1000 for this piece of crap. Buyer beware

I purchased this unit February 14th 2024 - almost exactly a year ago - and it went out last night in sub freezing temperatures. Now I can't find a repair tech and might have to buy a new $900 unit to replace.

The unit was filled with foam and is damaged. I have no option but to fix the unit and install it due to no heat. Do not recommend buying

Right out of the box, the case of the unit was crushed in by the expanding foam they used to pack it. The sail switch is wonky and about every 3rd time it starts, you have to reach in and give it a tap. After the heat cycle( which works great), the unit constantly cycles on and off( the unit is completely cool)until you disconnect the power. Definitely a lemon. The dimensions listed are not even close to the actual size. Had to modify the cabinet, only to have it work like crap.The only reason it got one star is because you can't choose zero.

Product works amazingly, very well manufactured, and looks solid. Only problem was gas hookup was in Wong position so we had to bend the lines on the RV to make it work. Not a big problem but makes installation a little more difficult. Otherwise very happy with product!
