Yes like any good middle aged man under the constant attack of the bugs and sun, this hat has been a dream. Popped it out of the box and on my head. Lightweight, comfortable. Fit my big head. Fit my big head with a hood on, fit my big had with an underhat on. Breathable, blocks sun well, stays out of face while working. I'm getting more for my mom.

I love these hats when I’m in the community garden because they protect you from the sun, bugs and debri from flying in your face. I’m so happy I found two hats an affordable price. The quality is great and fits perfectly because I have a small head. I believe you can adjust it to your head sizes which was a game changer for me. Definitely recommend.

One hat performed as described, one had the drawstring sewn to the fabric so it was fixed and doesn’t work.

They pop open and collapse down into a travel bag. very nice for the price. Will be great for fishing and kayaking. I don't think it works well as just a had as some reviews said. There really isn't a way to tuck the net up., but with the net it is great. These were less than 7 dollars each so I say it's a win if it keeps bugs off our face.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! Buy them if you hate having bugs in your face. Bugs can’t get in and thanks to the ring around the center, the net doesn’t push into your face or neck so skeeters can’t get you and no seeums can’t get in. Idc how dumb I look, I’ll rock it. Y’all can keep the bugs. My face is bug free from here on out!

These bonnets allowed me to work in relative peace in a community garden where my beds are barely 15 feet away from our beehive. There are times when the bees remain agitated for days after the beekeepers have worked on the hive and I may get multiple stings or zingers while minding my own business. Other times, it’s yellow-jackets that attack me, and there are times when I seem to get caught in the crossfire of the honeybee/yellowjacket war. Yellowjackets in particular always aim for my face. This bonnet was a real lifesaver this summer. It was also very useful against mosquitoes later in the day.The one thing I didn't care for was the zippered slit that allows you to snack or sip without opening or lifting the veil. It’s a good idea in concept but maybe the slit should be lower on the veil. For me, it was slightly above my mouth, and it presented a visual obstruction. Working in the garden, you are seldom standing upright and looking straight ahead. Anything involving a slightly downward gaze would be impeded by this black strip front and center in your field of vision. I used 2 different solutions - one on each of the two bonnets. One bonnet I wore backward whenever I knew I wouldn’t need the slit. On the other bonnet, I never sliced the mesh inside the zipper. Instead, I carefully picked the stitches out of the zipper and removed it from the veil. So now I have one bonnet with no slit and one with a slit that I sometimes wear at the back of my head.I often wear a baseball cap under the bonnet to keep it from falling forward as it is a little too loose on my head. The cap also helped to push the veil away from my face.

My husband works in a place that is inundated with giant mosquitos that nightmares are made of.Millions of the things.... Well, I bought him two of these Mosquito hats and showed them to him and he immediately said, "You wasted money on these. I will never wear them."Well, he cannot stop thanking me for these hats, he asks me to buy them for his trucks and the other guys that work with him... I am now up to having bought 18 Mosquito hats to date, the last 12 arriving day before yesterday.Every time he has them on, he says, "I can't thank you enough for these. They are lifesavers..."So, these are a total win for hunters who do any kind of "Swamp Hunting" or "Fishing" and the mosquitos are flooding you, looking to drain you... They really work well.

This hat is excellent! Keeps out the bugs, is light weight, and is not too distracting to wear. It was so low cost that I didn't care that I had to buy a 2-pack. Great hat for keeping the bugs away!
