I should have read up on more on this product. I wanted something to hang heavier things but on my wall and did not want to put permanent marks on them. Of course, these do not stick to walls but it did help with more permanent things - but I guess I did not realize you had to use them only on glass or ceramic. That was my fault though and I should've read up on it more.

I love the color. They match my fixtures perfectly, but they don't stick to the wall. So I've had them for over a month. 2 of them fell and the screws inside broke and 2 of them no longer stick. I only use them to hang my robe and my towel (nothing heavy)

I wouldn’t give this any stars. And I shouldn’t have to go through all the steps from the trouble shooting suggestions just for this to hang on the wall. If I can’t even get it to hang, it certainly isn’t going to hold a towel.

These are easier to put up and more secure than other suction hooks I’ve used. I’ve put them on tiles with a matte finish and the brushed nickel is a good match with the rest of my tap wear.

I like the hooks, but they appeared to have some kind of suction cup attachment like many other hooks and bars I have in the bathroom. In reality they are both suction cupped and semi-glued. So I really hope I have put them in the one and only place I wanted them. So far they are working well, look good, etc. No complaints (till I try to get them off.)
