If the knob is difficult to turn after installation, please contact the keyboard manufacturer to replace the correct keyboard.
When the knob is installed on the keyboard, if it is difficult to turn, you need to check the encoder of the keyboard. This problem is usually caused by incorrect installation of the encoder during keyboard production. Since this metal knob requires high precision of the encoder, it is recommended to contact the factory to replace the encoder and install the correct keyboard.
Metal shell + plastic sandwich design
The CNC metal shell is used, and the plastic sandwich is used inside to better fit the encoder of the keyboard.

Perfect replacement for my ugly, cheap, plastic knob on my 75% Royal Kludge keyboard. Fit perfectly, and looks premium, nice texture. The aluminum is pretty thin with plastic underneath, but looks great and works great. And you get 2 of them, so I even have an extra one. I loved it, and might buy more just for an occasional change of look.

I have The Kit vintage drum machine but it was missing a button. I wanted to try and match the original buttons. This button matched the color and size but not the depth so I cut it in half. Great match.But as they were in their original state I found the buttons felt really good. I would love to use these on more projects in the future.

The outer metal coating on one of my knobs fell off! I couldn't find where it went to glue it back on. I would give it a lower rating, but it lasted almost 2 years before it broke, and it came with a spare knob. Also, it was really cheap, so it's not a big deal that it broke.Btw, the knob in the picture has been sanded down - otherwise it won't fit on the keyboard I use. I think it's good that the metal is soft enough to be sanded relatively easily - it makes it more easy to modify, and it's still durable enough.
