This did not work so well for me because I'm under 5' tall and installed it in my SUV. It does provide extended coverage for early AM and late afternoon sunrise and sunset. A normal visor isn't long enough for short people and this adds a bit of extended coverage. This may work better for people that sit higher in the vehicle. I have the seat at the highest position and barely see over the steering wheel. The visor comes about 1/3 of the way over the windshield for me. I fees sure this would work great for taller drivers. I may end up adding a cushion to the driver's side because this does reduce eye tension for me. I don't recommend this for smaller drivers because it only covers a small portion of the windshield for those of us that are vertically challenged.
