I love this visor! Lightweight, excellent workmanship, superior face and ear coverage, nice fastener for adjusting the size, BUT like Mary and others have said "fix the brim folding during shipping problem! "The brim was creased and took weeks to start to be fixed enough so that I don't notice it as much now. I tried weighing it down, using a warm iron. No luck.Why would you ship like this when so many people are complaining!

This visor feels a bit like horse blinders, but does the trick! Sunscreen makes my face breakout, so I try to keep my head fully covered in sun instead. I trained for two fall marathons using this visor, and it is perfect! It stays put unless it is an extra windy day, machine washable, and easy to pack. I washed this after every long run in the machine without issue. While not super fashionable, it is well worth the money.

This company will not allow a 1 star rating. It’s says, “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again”. As you can see the rim is rippled whether you have it on or off. The cap color is off white and head band is bright white. Disappointed. However, I have ordered the small cap and it fits well and the color is all bright white.

Love the hat .. started to send it back . It was shipped in a big envelope and hat was folded and creased . But I was able to make it wearable .

Other than the easily bent brim, the visor is a quality product - good width to shield both eyes and ears, adjustable strap that stays secure and doesn’t snag hair like Velcro, sunglasses loops, and nice material with several color and pattern choices. Many reviews note the problem with the brims becoming bent. Mine came with two bends that cannot be straightened. I contacted Sunday Afternoon and was informed the brim material is foam and “should be shipped flat and should never be folded or creased”. Obviously, more easily said than done! Even if shipped properly flat, it is still likely to be bent in everyday handling and use. I would consider purchasing in the future if the brim was made from a material, like plastic, that withstood normal handling without becoming bent out of shape.

Have tried many visors, this is my hands down favorite for broad brimmed sun protection. Easy to put on and take off over ponytail or bun. Back pull tab on buckle makes it easy to adjust, snug in the wind or looser in calm weather. Holds its shape, easy to pack flat for traveling.

Love, love my black visor!The company who makes these hats, knows what they’re doing. This brim really does the job of protecting my eyes/face from the glare of the sun. ( I still use sunscreen). Best of all, it’s flattering on my head & disguises a bad hair day. 😎
