Picked this up to go along with a mm and sae set of Makita 1/4 impact sockets for my trail tool roll. It's made from chrome-moly steel, the black oxide coating is good, and it fits the ratchet and sockets just fine with minimal play. It should last a long time. I'm using it with a hand ratchet most of the time anyway. 1/4 drive should never require enough torque to hurt it. I'd buy it again. For less than $10, you could do a lot worse than this.

I always use a 4" extension on a magnetic 8mm socket for a very common service I perform. Now instead of having to swap around extensions these can stay together saving time. Well worth the couple bucks and no sign of wear after a few months of heavy use on a 3/8 impact with a reducer

i used it to remove driveshafts on golf 4 ,with the snap on impact tool ,so far so good ,just expensive to import to montgomery park
