When I used this hex adapter it twisted on the end and broke off inside the bolt.

The end started to twist on the first bolt I tried to loosen. And now it's a paper weight.Complete waste of money.

Had to tighten 3 bolts and it twisted on the 2nd bolt. I will not buy this again. Sad that a 3/4 - 1/2" drive adapter and 1/2 drive hex lasted longer and done a better job.
