Haven't used them that much but the most used size is already worn down. Chrome moly is soft. My next set will be S2 steel for bits.

Solid one-piece construction less likely to break than two piece chrome vanadium sockets and impact rated. Used these to remove ball joint cap and axle flange bolts on 2002 VW Eurovan. Worked great.

Only use these as impacts and they are holding up well to regular use so far in vw audi triple square bolts. Fitment seems good, and no signs of fatigue or twisting. I bought the Astro Pneumatic torx 3/8 set at the same time, and snapped the t30 on the 1st use (absolute waste of time and money) and no replies from astro or amazon on the matter. Hopefully have better luck with Sunex.

This review is for the 3/8 stubby triple square impact bit socket set. Upon opening, the first thing I noticed was that you got a pretty decent quality socket rail included with the bits. I tend to prefer this over the bulky plastic blow molded cases since these will usually end up in the tool box. These sockets have held up well to both air and electric impacts rated at 300+ lb/ft. The sizes included are M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M14, M16.Pros:All 3/8in sockets. No need to have multiple sizes on the same socket railCr-Mo Steel. Much more durable than vanadium that the cheaper sockets tend to have.Super stubby. Great in space constrained areas when you put them on a ratchet.Sizes are both stamped and laser etched into the socket. Should be able to read the sizes for years to come even when the etching has worn off.Cons:The rail itself is nice, but the part the socket snaps into is plastic. Not a big deal as I have plenty of spare socket rails if it comes to that.Overall, I would definitely recommend these for anyone that needs a nice little set of stubby triple square sockets.

Awesome buy! High quality tool with similar quality storage rack. The rack is made of billet aluminum and has spring retention balls. The tool itself has both laser etched and stamped markings making them easy to read even when the tool is dirty. The splines are uniform and hold their shape even after using on a 3/8 drive Cornwell air impact wrench on stainless fasteners. Overall this is a professional quality tool like those found on the truck for fraction of the price.
