When the pilot bearing seized in my RX-7, I needed to get the flywheel off to get resurfaced since I was replacing the clutch and everything at the same time. This socket is the right size for that pesky nut and no expensive specialty breaker bar was required.

Body of the socket is too big to fit into the hub. If you are using this for a Toyota front axle spindle nut, look elsewhere!

This is one beefy socket, worked perfectly, broke 2 breaker bars and 1 ratchet, then bent another breaker bar with a 10 foot snipe befor i got the dam nut off, but this baby held up without a scratch!!!oh and shipping was fast, great value

If you are getting this it is likely because you need to spin the nut on your 13b Rx7 engine. This works well for the task. I had to get an adapter to go from my 1/2 impact wrench to go to the 3/4 drive female end of this socket but it does not show almost any signs of wear so I am sure this will keep going for many removals and installations in the future. Certainly this is the best price I have found for a 54mm impact socket.
