Provide a shelter for your pet made from this raw and unprocessed coconut shell for your betta fish. Each cave is carefully made and hand-crafted. Since they need a simulation of their native environment, they will enjoy exploring the aquascape through this cave as you give your pet fish a stress-free life.

The coco cave can be used to provide shelter, security, privacy, and nursery for fish. Once inside their cave, these fish can explore and feel homely. All openings in the cave are measured to be larger by a quarter so that all kinds of molly fish are protected from getting stuck.

SunGrow Coco Cave edges and surface are smooth making it convenient for the fish scales to maintain their thin coat of slime. It is the best healthy choice for your fish, gentle with your pet as well as spacious. This spacious area makes the product the best room for laying eggs when breeding.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Rinse the cave before placing it in the tank after boiling (optional) or soaking. A "post-boil soak" in freshwater is a recommended step. Although we obtain our products from established sources, the cave has travelled a long distance to make it to your aquarium. So in our opinion, the extra step is worthwhile.

NOTE:

The coco hut received might have a hole on top. If the size of your fish fit in the hole, it might injure the fish. Please seal it by placing a larger stone or a plant on the hole.

I purchased the two pack and my fish absolutely love them. My albino Cory's aren't as shy as my Venezuelan Cory's. The Venezuelan Cory's absolutely love the extra cover. My male Betta uses the coconut during the evenings when the light's go out. The coconut shells sink right away. Of course I rinsed them first . Totally worth it, aesthetic and all!
