These reflectors appear to be decent quality and are a good size. The front reflector is stem mounted, and may require a small shim on some bikes. As for the wheel reflectors, it's important to note that they should be mounted so that both ends are pressing against spokes and not able to move in and out (or sideways) once the plastic insert is tightened down, to prevent hitting the front fork or rear sections while in motion. (You don't want it to sound like you attached playing cards with clothspins while you are riding!) These actually seem to be bigger and better than many that are found on newer bikes, and look acceptable for many older 70's & 80's ten speed bikes. The price is very reasonable, and they arrived sooner than expected.

This set comes with four reflectors, front, back and two for the spokes in the two wheels. The wheel reflectors comes with one fastener for each. The way to attach on is to gently fit it within two spokes on one side and then make sure that the one spoke that is between the two is fitted into the groove in the back of the unit. Adjust by pushing it gently out to the outer rim or closer to the hub to make sure it is secure. Once well fitted, just place the one fastener (white plastic) over the center to tighten the unit. The other one works the same. For the front and back reflectors, the set comes with three mounts. One is a large one that fits the center column of the handle bar, if you wish to mount the reflector this way. This mount is metal. The other two are black plastic. Either will fit both the front and back reflectors. The difference is the side of the bar that the mount is designed for. One is big enough for the handle bar. The other is lightly smaller. If you need to fit the reflector into a narrower bar, you may use some rubber tubing or cut a piece of leather to pad the mount a little. It does all work. The plastic is not sturdy but it works. When you install, please handle with care. Once mounted, they should be just fine.

Sunlite 4-Piece Reflector Set with Brackets, sold by CatchABuy, fulfilled by AmazonGood reflector set with one exception. I haven't been able to install the red wheel reflector because it was molded with a defect that prevents the circular locking nut from being inserted. The round hole in the wheel reflector has a plastic post in what should be the center of the hole. The post should fit into a small hole in the center of the plastic locking nut. The defect is the post is way off center so the plastic locking nut can't be inserted. In the photo I put white tape on the post and the edge of the round hole so you could see it. The yellow wheel reflector had the post centered and I installed it fine. I guess I could break off the post but I'm not sure if the locking nut will then hold properly. These were made in Taiwan. Since I didn't see any other reviews with this problem, I'm guessing that the factory has a plastic mold array where they make 50-100 pieces at one time, and maybe just one of the molds is defective. If this is the case many or most customers may receive 2 good wheel reflectors. Still, the manufacturer (Tung Feng 213 is molded on the reflector) should fix it. And they should contact me and arrange to send me a non-defective red wheel reflector. If they do I'll update this review.I mainly needed a rear reflector. The reflectance of the rear reflector seems pretty good; I tested in a dark garage by shining a flashlight on it. Got this set for

Awesome reflectors. I took a picture of this set and a different Sunlite reflector set for size comparison. I docked these 1 star because the brackets that were included for the front and rear reflectors are too small to fit my bike handle bars OR seat post!

"Vintage" is a term used to describe a bicycle which was kick-ass in the early 80s, but is now as outdated as the AMC Pacer. Time takes its toll on all of us, including the two-wheeled machines that we love. This is a high-quality reflector set that fit perfectly on my vintage 12-speed racing bike. My old reflectors simply deteriorated with age. These were easy to install, look good, and provide the safety characteristics that I needed to be seen while riding. The price was right, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Order this and you'll never grow old.

I thought this kit was great and was a good value. Somehow, I didn't realize that wheel reflectors were included in the kit......my own fault. I actually bought a separate wheel reflector set that wasn't needed. I had a slightly difficult time installing the rear reflector because the plastic piece would not fit around seat post of my wife's mountain bike. I ended up using the metal bracket included in the kit but I had to get a little creative with it by removing the seat from the post and installing it at that seat/post junction. Worked great for me. I'm not sure if that was the intended use for that bracket or not. No instructions were included. The reflectors have done the job well. So far, no cars have run over my wife!

These reflectors were a very reasonably-priced solution to make my bike more visible at night. (i have a used bike that had 0 reflectors)They are however a bit funny-looking. at least, the front/back ones are a bit larger than I usually see them (about 20-30%). This isn't a bad thing though. Also, the red and orange wheel reflectors look ridiculous. Maybe I'll get used to it and think of them as unique.overall, for $2 and some change they make me feel way safer when night riding. The mounting hardware is pretty sturdy. Sunlite makes some good stuff. I purchased some of their tubes as well and I'd gladly buy more of their products in the future.
