Are the wooden spreader bars in the room with us? I could have sworn I ordered a hammock with METAL spreader bars. And that’s what came in the box but the instructions are for wooden spreader bars. See pic.

nice hammock, bars work well on the ends to be softer than a straight bar, pillow is small, but the hammock itself is nice and is standing up to the NM sun so far

I was surprised by how heavy duty this two person hammock is. It appears to be well made and the steel spreader bars help balance the support across the width of the hammock. The matching pillow is a nice addition. I plan on testing its relaxation capabilities quite a bit this next summer.

I LOVE this new hammock. My old one was the criss-crossed rope type, and although we enjoyed it for many years, we didn't know what we were missing until I set this one up. It easily fit on my old hammock stand with the chains provided. Or if you don't have a stand, you could easily tie it to trees with rope. What is awesome about this is the quilted fabric, it is VERY comfortable. The metal spreader bars at the top and bottom make it easy to get into, and it is large enough for two people to lay together comfortably. We chose the Tropical Palm print which looks great in our backyard with our palm trees, tiki masks, and pool. It has a matching detachable pillow too. And what a great touch having a hanging pouch sewn on the side to put your phone or book in for safe keeping. I give this 5 stars and recommend it highly.

This hammock is well made and comfortable. More than enough room for 2 people to enjoy comfortably with a premium fit and finish that should last many years if properly cared for. Overall, a great value at the price point.

The hammock was easy to assimble. I was a bit worried about the curved bars but I have had no problems so far. The material is a bit slick for my liking and is easy to slip a little when setting to get into it. Love the blue stripes. I don't think I would buy it again for the price though.
