The fixed my sunroof drain. Water was draining inside my car from the sunroof drain. Turns out the original part was broken inside the a-pillar causing the water to get routed inside my car instead of outside. This was an easy fix and took less than an hour to fix.

These fit perfectly, there is only one modification I would recommend which is to cut back the "+" shape at the end to just before it begins, this way it allows more flow and will not clog up like the original.

This little piece of rubber is just rubber - not sure why this should cost more than $20. But I digress. Word to the people who are needing this part for replacement purposes: It wasn't an easy install for my leaky sunroof drain tube, as it won't go into the frame of the car without some 'sailor speak'. Unfortunately, this didn't fix my problem, I still have a serious water intake issue collecting under my passenger floor every time it rains, (not Volvo's best design work) but the part I replaced was quite brittle so I guess replacing it for top dollar wasn't all for not. I guess.
