Measure the pattern and then mark on the wall or tiles surface. Cut the tile with a utility knife and snapped apart manually or with pliers.
Remove the peel-away backing from tile and place in desired location on wall or surface.
When all the tiles are in place, press firmly to ensure that the mosaic tile sheets have a strong bond to the wall or surface.
For accurate cutting, Jig saw / chop saw or any of the mechanical cutting tools is required
Edge finish. Select the close colored caulking to caulk the edges evenly
Finish the edges with edge trims, there are edge trims available on the market for our tiles in particular

These were exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a tile backsplash without the cost of ceramic tile. They fit the bill perfectly.They were are a little bit difficult to cut at first but figure it out finally. I cut most of the tile with a fine blade on the jigsaw but the small edges that stick out need to be cut gently with a coping saw by hand or I’ve noticed they will crack. Hope this helps someone else.

I thought this would be a quick, easy kitchen backsplash. It turned out okay, but what a puzzle. There is a definite match to these tiles, brick pattern, so I ended up ordering a fifth box and used every tile. If you’re doing more than one row, you have to line up the second row with the first, like under the counter. My husband cut most of the pieces with a table saw. I scored a few under the cabinets, but sometimes they break on the grout lines instead of the scored line. I measured everything several times, kind of a nightmare, esp. when it had to go around a window. Outlets weren’t so bad. If you want to use these, have a Mr. Clean white sponge, wet, to remove pencil marks. Make sure you spray the back of each piece with soap and water mixture, 10/90%, then spread evenly with your hand so it doesn’t stick to the wall before you get it into position. You only have a few seconds until it sticks tight and you have to live with it. If you mess up, heat the tile with a hairdryer and pry it loose with a metal spatula. Lastly, two of my five boxes were defective, but I used them anyway. The corners had the waxy paper still on the underside. I had to carefully peel it away and stick the adhesive to the tile. Wrecked the first one, as the adhesive flipped back on the rest of the adhesive and stuck. If you have a small project, it may be okay, but I think we could have laid tile and grouted in the amount of time it took to get these on the wall..

Okay I absolutely love these tiles the adhesive adheres very strongly, it's definitely scratch resistant.... my dog has been jumping up on them for a few days now and hasn't damaged them at all, so I am amazed and ecstatically happy with this, I will definitely be coming back to purchase more to finish my home. These are scratch resistant, water resistant, and I feel like they would even work on the outside of your home. I am very very impressed with these❤️❤️I'm in love❤️❤️😆lol😆 These tiles are definitely worth $53 for 10 of them because they are amazing and have absolutely no issues, this is a very good value for this product, I got amazing tiles.

Super easy to put up, adhesive sticks very good. No seams from piece to piece and looks very good.The hardest part to these tiles, is cutting out the outlet holes, which is all on the operator.. haha. They were very easy to put up and they absolutely transformed my kitchen. The adhesive backing is fairly thick, so it offers some padding, they almost lock together as the seams are spot on. I messed up two tiles by measuring wrong, but that's on me. They cut great with just a score from a razor and then placing the score on the edge of anything and giving it a quick tap.The faux stones look real and the colors are nice too. Very happy with these tiles.
