Placement of handles to carry are on opposite side of what I would expect leading to some potential strain on zipper (down) side from the weight of the panels

Terrible.First of all the zipper should go down the sides so you can lay the bag on the ground and place the Freedom Top onto it, rather than trying balance a fiberglass top with one hand and a open a flimsy bag with the other and get the two to play nice. It just does not work for one person.Maybe I got a factory second up the dividing liner on the inside was not stitched high enough, so again the juggling act above would most certainly cause the two tops to collide and even if this did not happen it was not tall enough and CERTAINLY not thick enough to offer any kind of real protection between the two tops. Finally stitching was hanging off everywhere. It looked used right out of the box, VERY LOW QUALITY.All the Jeep FreedomTop bags on Amazon look exactly like this one, just with different names. Yes, it is going to cost be 2 or 3 times more, but I am getting the Rampage 595001 instead.

Got for my wife's 2010 JKU. She likes them, protects the freedom panels when she takes them off. Easy to unzip and zip back up. Pretty good quality, zero issues.

We used it the first time and one side of the zipper wouldn't stay zipped. It kept pulling apart. Then the other zipper started doing the same.

I will definitely be getting a refund - zipper broke second time using it! Luckily it has a dual zipper but if the other one breaks as well, useless! - UPDATE - now it smells like rubberized fish. Throwing out

I recently purchased a 2018 Wrangler JL Sahara. The previous owner didn’t bring their Freedom Panel bag with their trade, so I found this one. It works well to store the panels. It doesn’t open as wide as the factory issued bag, but it’s not a problem. Also, for storing the bag vertically, the strap will wrap around the second row seat to secure the bag, but the clips sewn to the bag are designed to clip in and secure to the child restraint ring for car seats. The clips on my bag would do that in my JL, but I believe they might reach on the older JK models. Either way, with the strap around the seat headrests the bag is secure. Note that if stored vertically in the back, the view from your rear view mirror is totally obstructed. If that’s important to you, you should know before ordering. I keep mine stored flat in the back unless I need the space. All in all, this bag is an inexpensive option and I’m pleased with it.
