Tried to use it as a shirt belt - it did not work - belt would not keep taught- it rode up above the waist Line and was visible - not really how it described itself.

It's tough being a bigger boy with a bigger-than-average dad belly. This is more comfortable than the nubby rubber belts we used when I was in the military, but in those days I was trim and muscular and only wanted to stop the frequent shirt tucks. This belt has a buckle, and a strip of grippy rubber on both sides of the belt to help the belt stay in place and keep your shirt down. And it does, with a limit. The instructions say to wear the belt very low, and if you wear it near the top of your pant's waistband it will NOT. Get it down low, well below your jelly-belly and fasten it with the buckle over a hip bone instead of centered. After making some final adjustments to the shirt tuck, pull up your pants and go.I find that I have to retuck my shirt less often with this belt, but it doesn't stop my pants from sliding down, eventually exposing the belt. Also, it's difficult to achieve a proper military shirt tuck and hold it while applying the belt so sometimes your tuck appears uneven. Finally, if you have to use the toilet, this thing will have to come off as it will keep you from pulling down your shorts!

The short stay belt was very sticky and works very well. I’ve tried it both on a uniform shirt and a cotton t shirt during training. Both kept the shirt tucked in and the best part is no bands to run down your legs and rub your skin!

Do yourself a favor and quit messing with shirt stays that clip to your socks or have the stirrups. This is the first thing I've found that works better and lasts. It has already outlasted 2 of those other rubber belts. Awesome product.Update-I've now been using this same belt for 2 years, it still works great and although visibly is starting to show wear, functions as well as day 1.

This is what every guy needs who finds himself constantly tucking his shirt. I put on the Super Belt in the morning and don't have to re-tuck my shirt for the rest of the day. What more can you ask for? This product does exactly as advertised and i'm so happy it does. Be sure to check yourself when you get out of your office chair. The Super Belt will occasionally rise above your waistline and become visible, particularly your backside. No big deal. Just scoot it down a wee bit and you are good to go. This is not even close to a deal breaker. I highly recommend buying the Super Belt. I believe you will be happy you did. I know I am.

I have been using Markwort rubber belt shirt stays for a couple of years. I like this one better because:* It is much easier to put on* It is easier to adjust* It is more comfortable to wear* It performs as well or better at keeping shirts in-placeThe rubber belts I had each lasted less than a year. Only time will tell, but I suspect this belt will last longer.

A belt for your shirt. Who would've thought, eh? After doing some research, I felt that this product would not just be the least intrusive for me but also one that I see working with the least effort. The other two options included the shirt-stays (the ones with the clips that pull your shirt down while clipping to your socks) and the little magnets. With the shirt-stays, the idea has obviously been tried and true. It really should work if you think about it. In fact, people have used them in various military and other functions from the beginning of time. The issue I along with many others have with this system is that it can be a hassle to use as well as it being dangerous to a point. With the magnet system, I like the idea but I can see how easy it can be for the magnets to detach. Losing them wouldn't be that much of an issue if they weren't so expensive. With the belt option, I feel that it is a good compromise between ease of use and functionality. So the big question is, does it work? After having used it 10+ times, I can confidently say that yes, it does.Pros:Ease of Use - This is just a glorified adjustable belt. There's nothing really special to it although the material might be a bit more special to better adjust clinging to your shirt. Once you adjust the size of the belt to your liking, you're done. You'll rarely have to readjust it. I haven't so far.Noticeabilty - I'm a slim guy and so my entire work pants collection are all slim-fit. I can proudly say that there is zero hint that you're actually wearing this belt behind your pants. There is no bulge where the belt head is located so at least from an external perspective, people won't know what's going on.Clean Look - My shirt maintains that semi-clean tucked in look throughout the day. I'm not an active person throughout the day though. I say "semi" because I feel that the belt method is still inferior to the shirt-stays. I have a co-worker who I swear uses the shirt-stays because his shirt is never out of shape throughout the day and you can actually see the shirt being pulled or stretched downward. However, the belt is good enough to my liking.Comfort - To be as effective as possible, the belt needs to be tightened a lot. Surprisingly, I don't find it uncomfortable at all. There will be many times when you'll forget you're even wearing it.Cons:Weirdness - Even after having worn the belt for more than ten times, I still find myself occasionally making sure that the belt is not showing above my pants. Although it never has since I'm checking it throughout the day by "pretending" to tuck my shirt in with my thumbs when I'm really feeling for the belt, I find that when I do my checks, the belt never gets even close to slipping out over my pants. What I do notice is that if you bend down or over a lot, this motion might actually help the belt slip through. Also, even if it doesn't show, a person looking might actually see the belt while you are bending. The Belt Itself - Choosing to wear the belt usually means that you've made a commitment to wear it from sunrise to sundown. If you need to untuck your shirt for whatever reason and you don't want people to know you have a belt for your shirt, you'll need to secretly remove the belt either in the men's room or elsewhere and then store it away.Restroom Breaks - Yes, this is a hassle when nature calls. I can't even imagine what shirt-stay users have to go through but for myself, I usually just remove the belt completely and hang it over the toilet paper dispenser if possible. Otherwise I just leave it resting on the ground. In the end, using the belt method is definitely a lot more effective than if you weren't using one. I HATE puffed out dress shirts with a passion and this belt method is the best compromise I can make. Yes, the majority of the cons I mentioned is due to me being a very self-conscience person but I can't help it. Wearing a second belt for your shirt beneath your pants is not what most would call normal and I hate the thought that someone will think I'm a freak or weirdo if they see it! But I'm glad I made the purchase. Maybe I'll graduate to the shirt-stays eventually but for now, this will do.

So it's not a bad shirt stay. It works in terms of keeping your shirt tucked in and not come out, but if you're looking for something that keeps your shirt tight and fit and look amazing, this isn't something you should get. The problems I have is it keeps slipping up so it'll show if I'm bending over a lot or moving around a lot which happens all day because of my job.The good is that my shirt won't ever come untucked and it also is adjustable and it's well made and doesn't seem like it'll lose it's strength like the clip shirt stays.
