Polaris General CVT Extreme Badass Drive Belt - Designed for the way you ride
Extreme Badass belts are for those that like to gear down and go big. If you go low and slow through deep mud and rocks, and you roll on big tires, this is the belt you need. It uses an aramid cord and high-strength rubber compound that are designed to get squeezed harder by your clutch and handle high torque pulls without breaking. So get your monster grips and put the pedal down—whether you’re pulling your buddies back to the trailer or making a run at the bounty hole, this belt loves a heavy throttle.

- Ultra-strong Aramid Fiber cord that can handle/carry more than 10,000 pounds of tension without stretching or breaking.
- Higher strength compared to OEM and aftermarket drive belts.
- Developed with a high-temperature compound called DUMAX for added strength, flexibility, and heat resistance. You can squeeze our belts a lot harder for more tuning possibilities and less slippage.

Recommended Belt Break in procedure
To help ensure a longer life and better performance from your belt, we strongly recommend following the break in procedure below:
1. Wash the belt in warm soapy water and let it air dry to remove all residues.
2. Scuff drive and driven clutch sheaves with a Scotch-Brite pad.
3. Then clean with brake/contact cleaner and a clean towel.
4. Drive unit in low gear for the first 15 miles. Varying your speed. Avoid riding at wide open throttle during this time. This will ensure the belt gets seated properly.
