Polaris General 4 Seater Tinted roof
We want protection from the elements without feeling like we're in a cave. That's why we made our tinted roof for the Polaris General 4 1000. This 1/4" polycarbonate will not only protect you from rain, snow, and your buddy's dirt falling on your head, it will also keep the sun from baking you out on the trail without compromising your overhead view. This roof features a two-panel design that will look great on your machine. Features foam gaskets to keep it quiet while you're tearing through the trail and rubber seals to keep water from seeping in. Includes all hardware and instructions for an easy installation that will get you riding again in no time!

Had a very hard time getting the brackets to mount on the vehicle. The roof itself did not fit exactly, seemed to be a little distorted.

Poor design. Looks ok on machine but not worth the money. Strongly recommend a different roof-one that wraps around the cage. It leaks water in from all 4 corners I’d almost rather not have this on it. It drips water down from the front and gets everything wet-not expecting it to be water proof obviously but I’d expect a MUCH better roof for the money.

The good...This thing is awesome..!! It’s shade w/ still giving you a view and protection. Can’t imagine ever using a solid roof ever again. Well worth every penny. FITS TIGHT.. and takes multiple people to install.The BAD...Shipping from this outfit was SLOW!!!! Juan Valdez and his mule could have delivered MUCH FASTER.. took over 8 days before it actually shipped... and arrived in 2 days once shipped.... was not impressed w/ punctuality if the seller.But, was worth the wait.. awesome top for our Polaris general 4

This roof makes long rides so enjoyable, protects you from the sun without feeling like you are in an enclosed car.Installation is an absolute bear. Instruction are sub-par and just some stapled together photo-copies so make sure you are moderately capable and you should be ok. having a couple of other people is a must as well.the big downside to the roof is that it nowhere near close to water proof. if you do any riding in less than sunny weather you will be soaked. I've began the process of sealing all the points that water enters, there are a ton of them.Overall though I love the look and the functionality of it. would buy again but would love a real weather proof option.
