Made with Scratch Resistant Polycarbonate
We hard coat this windshield on both sides to make it nearly as scratch resistant as glass. The hard coating also protects against harsh chemicals and UV rays. The 1/4” polycarbonate is 250 times stronger than glass which means you can count on a windshield that survives years of abuse.
A Perfect Fit Makes Install Easy
This windshield is designed, cut, and bent just for the Honda Talon 1000. That means it fits perfectly for a snug fit that won’t come loose or rattle when you’re flying down the trail. The windshield out of the box was sad. scratched up so bad you could barely see out of it.

It states in the packaging nit to remove the film protectant until a test fit is done. Test fit worked so I removed the protectant film only to find that a glaze is in the window. How is this to be removed without damaging the window? The glaze is in the view of driving which is a pain in the ass.

I don’t plan on running a windshield most or the time, however it’s a must have in the winter. Makes a world of difference. The lower seal was a pain to install and it doesn’t completely seal it against the hood/dash area. It does do the trick. Splashed through some serious water/mud today and stayed dry and even warm. I highly recommend waxing it after installing. It helps a great deal in keeping it from getting scratches.

It would have been great if company would have sent it with the rubber padding already around the windshield. It was super hard to put on even after soaking it in hot water, like suggested. Otherwise, everything else was easy to install.
