These nerf bars came extremely well packaged and are very sturdy. The problem is there are no installation directions. I looked on line, couldn't find any for my Polaris General XP. Went to the website, no directions for this particular nerf bar so I called customer service. Christy was great and sent me a link to the directions. This is where I ran into problems, this is not just a simple bolt on nerf bar as advertised. You first have to remove the fender flare. My General came with a skid plate so that will have to be removed before I go any further. Then you have to drill 3 holes THEN it is a simple bolt on, then you put everything back together. This really isn't that big a deal, they are well built and I like the style, the issue is I didn't have rivets to replace the ones for the fender, I don't have any lift to get under the UTV to remove the skid plate. I most likely will keep the bars, just will have to have more time and a better place to do it.
