Received ahead of estimated ship date and was well packaged. Instructions were OK but could be better. They say "Comes Complete With All Hardware For Easy Installation" The hold down clamps were not easily installed as the straps were difficult to insert because they are too short in my opinion. I added on some additional velcro that I had laying around and it was much easier to feed thru the brackets. see photo provided.
