I was told at AAMCO that my wife's $1500 car needed $3900 worth of work done to the transmission . It was hesitating between reverse and drive . This kit plus the valve body gasket kit did the trick. I spent more time scraping gaskets than anything,but now it has no more delay,no hard shifting in and out of overdrive,and it even chirps the tires , occasionally. Time will tell about longevity,but for now,it drives like a totally different car.
