Basin is fine, like most other reviewers the output pipe arrived broken. The pump that came with it quit after 6 months of light use (it pumps out for the washing machine). Skip this one and buy local, it will save you a headache.

Product arrived with no visible damage. However, the threaded PCV fitting was broken. Need to find replacement, cut pipe which will make discharge pipe shorter and reglue fitting. Could have been shock mounted better.I think this will be what I am looking for, but I did not expect the damaged component.

The unit works well agter you repair about everything in the box. Packaging is horrible. The tank was cracked in two spots, the check valve was broke, the fitting in the pump was broke. If you order the individual components and put together on you own you would be better off.

We have bought 2 of these for people installing basement bathrooms. Very quiet. Packaging has failed both times but with a less than $1 part that was easily fixed. It's heavy so I'm not sure what could be done to stabilize it during shipping but that was my only problem & it wasn't enough to keep me from buying it again.

Pump and tank are excellent quality. You can pump the crap outta your sewage!The only problem is poor packing from the manufacturer, The outlet pipe was snapped off when I received the pump but the company sent me a new one.Buy this and you'll be happy

Great pump, when shut off it makes a banging sound, I believe this is the check valve closing.
