I received this product and the rubber pads started spinning independently from the metal backing immediately after my first trip. I sent photos to the manufacturer and they replaced the entire kit immediately. The new shipment had the same part numbers but some of the molded parts were a different design than the first shipment. This second batch works perfectly even after several thousand miles. 5 stars to the manufacturer for resolving my issue and making a product that works as advertised.

Had these on my Ram 3500, worked great for the first few trips. Noticed some suspension sag recently, checked my overload springs and all 4 of these were gone. 3 of them had the screws left, still in the brackets, just bent and mangled. but all 4 of the bump stops were gone. No clue when it happened or how long ago.

Bought this and it was prime two day shipping. Came from the supplier and they overnight shipped it!Install was easy and is a great addition to any heavy load now the truck rides much better with the camper and I don’t have to have nearly as much pressure in my airbags.I fill the bags and deflate each side till it’s touching the overload springs.Could not be happier with this purchase!

Added these to our Ram 5500 rv after I added airbags ( which made it unstable and a bear to drive) after the install and finding the right combination of air pressure and still keeping contact w the overload springs... WOW...Was about to order an air ride suspension upgrade kit from Kelderman @ 6,800.00 and attempt a self install... 10k out the door installed.For less than 800.00 its all golden now.I think the poor factory build had too much tail weight or real estate past the axle, which seemed to make the front end higher and the tail end look low... but we weighed it at on 5500 lbs on front and 10,300 lbs on the rear.. which is rather light but the center of gravity was all wrong. This definitely helped correct it.
