As others have mentioned, an additional adapter cable is required to attach this to your SureCall booster. A 3/8" thick, black, crazy stiff cable, with a bend radius of about 6". Why? Who knows. It's as if you bought a TV with a power cable that ended in a female outlet, and the manufacturer then required you to by an additional cable with two male ends so you could plug it in. The antenna itself has a white 8" cable, of 3/16" thick, that's soft and flexible. The dimensions of the antenna are 8 1/8" x 7" x 2", weighing next to nothing, and comes with a handy bracket to hang it on your wall. The plastic case is fairly slick, but you may be able to paint it the color of your wall to make it less of an eyesore. It comes with a brief instruction sheet that includes the following odd statement. " . . . . is designed to be installed in an elevated position pointed in the direction of your carrier's cellular tower." Since this is the indoor antenna, it's unclear why they want it pointed towards your cellular tower, but, whatever. It does however provide a stronger signal than the simple whip antenna. Anyway, two stars off for the nutsy cable situation

I purchased a SureCall Fusion4Home Yagi/Whip, Cell Phone Signal Booster Kit for All Carriers 3G/4G LTE up to 3,000 Sq Ft. It did not give me a strong enough signal so I purchased a SureCall Wide Band Directional Internal Wall Mount Panel Antenna (includes mounting kit 698 - 2700 MHz). When I recieved it and went to plug it in, there were two male fittings. How can a company that makes both products A. not make it so you can just plug it in or B. not include the adapter?I can not imagine I am the first to have this happen. Once they saw this was an issue, why would they not immediately recognize the issue and resolve it?I can not tell you if the product works well because now I to wait for the SureCall N-Male to N-Male Connector SC-CN-12 to arrive.GGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Had an older version, with a whip antenna... Could not get in another room without loosing my call... Changed the whip for this antenna... Now i have signal in the whole house and still have 2 bars at the end of my yard that is over 300 feet from the antenna. Really amazed. Worth every penny. Only issue is the sc-400 cable bougth seperatly (should be included...)

Have this mounted in a wall with access panel behind refrigerator. Had the Wilson 3 g booster kit for 7 years tried 3 times to reach them twice by email once by phone so I bought sure call 4g booster with dipole antenna with whip...worked good so bought this and the cable. My old Wilson used 75 ohm cable to booster antenna. Works better tha my old Wilson any day. I would have bought Wilson brand but they just wouldn’t respond, very happy with this brand.

This is a replacement for the standard stick antenna provided with SureCall systems. With the original antenna, our phones were functional only when within a few feet of it. This one is solid all the way across the room and even in the next room to a lesser degree. I plan to change the outside antenna too, which should help even more. In theory, this could be mounted on a wall just above the system, but I opted for an extender cable (requires type N) for more flexibility.

I have a Samsung S8 phone and needed a booster in the house for band 12. I purchased a booster that came with small indoor vertical wire antenna, but I didn't want to have that in my living room on the counter. I wanted something I could place in the center of the house for maximum coverage, so I went with a dome ceiling antenna. This one was inexpensive and it does work. It's not the best looking plastic dome (I had one a few years ago that was much thicker, glossier plastic). I actually disassembled this one and it's just some metal shaped into a circular tube of sorts. The plastic cover snaps on and seems relatively secure, but definitely not anything exceptional. The bottom has a threaded post with a plastic "nut" that tightens down against the sheetrock on the top (above the ceiling). This mechanism worked well (although the threads were a bit tight and it took some pliers to get it tightened down). But this method is better than having to screw it to the ceiling like the last one I had.Once installed, it worked properly with my booster to give good signal around the house. Obviously some of that success if due to the booster and outdoor antenna, but the indoor antenna must also work properly in order for the enter system to function. This one seems to do the job it is designed for. For the price, I couldn't really ask for much more.

I originally had a whip antenna that would barely cover one room. I added this to an interior wall pointing in the direction of the majority of my ground floor. Surprisingly, I got pretty good reception throughout my house. I also get reception in the room behind the antenna. The only place I do not get any reception is 90 degrees from where it is aimed, which is what they tell you. Overall, I am very happy with this antenna.

My situation: 6.3 miles away from verizon cell tower with one tiny spot outside getting 2 bars of service. The entire house and property otherwise is without service.I bought the surecall fusion4home with Yagi (directional outside antenna) and interior right angle antenna (omni directional interior antenna). This was a good system and I was able to get service (a few bars) in 3-4 rooms of the house (where there was none previously). However, when I upgraded to the indoor panel antenna, the difference was absolutely incredibly. Now, I get service (3-4 bars) through the entirety of my house (2 floors) and it even extends outside on to my porch and somewhat beyond. I'm incredibly pleased with this product and recommend it over the omni directional antenna (right angle antenna). I really never thought this would be possible and it's really improved my quality of life.I absolutely recommend the panel antenna to anyone struggling with service in the house. It's well worth the cost.
