This extension added the exact amount I needed to expand my original sure grip pee pad holder. Purchased at the same time since I knew my dog pee pad area was extra large. Fit perfectly and best of all works great to hold pee pad in place and prevent puppy from destroying it and making a mess on the floor. Love it

The Suregrip potty pad holder stops my Little angels from tearing up the potty pad while I’m at work. They still try but only get some of the white Cotton off the top instead of tearing off the plastic backing and eating it. I love it

I wish the clips in the corners worked on reusable puppy pads. It really can only clip into the thin material of disposable puppy pads.

The one thing that would be better is if the extended part that I bought separate was adjustable. For some reason I thought it was. I guess the way it was worded "extendable out to 44" I thought it meant anywhere in-between the original distance and 44". It is a solid piece which is ok, I just used 2 pads that I had and overlapped them. defeats the waterproof aspect some but we have little dogs and if they get it on the pad mostly it holds it.
