My husband and I have sushi every once in a while and this product helps so much. It is very sturdy and keeps the sushi in place. So you can pack a lot into the gun, It is kind of fun to have, sushi is an experience to make for me (mess, ingredients everywhere) and this makes it easier. It is definingly worth the money if you eat sushi.

This was a fun way to get everyone to work together in the kitchen, try new veggies & sea food, and have a great meal together. After our first couple tries fell apart, we got the hang of it.

Too complicated BUT DOES A GOOD JOB! Simpmy put I just don't have the patience to use the device or have much better luck in less frustration rolling it with the bamboo board and using cling wrap/Saran Wrap made for such an easy quick cleanup.
