Le kit sushi m’a permis cette réalisation. Mes premiers sushis et j’en suis ravie. Les baguettes sont très qualitatives et agréables en mains. Elles sont passés en machine à laver sans problème. En ce qui concerne la natte à sushis rien à redire non plus. Je l’ai entièrement filmé avec du cellofrais pour plus de praticité.

I would never use it without wrapping it in plastic. The rice paddle is easy to clean by hand along with the chopsticks.

I bought this because I bough Misha and Vicki Collins’ cookbook and really wanted to try the bacon and kale sushi. It made it super easy to use, and gets even easier with each use. If you don’t rinse it right away, it’s a bit tougher to clean.

The items are good quality and you get a lot of pieces with the set for a great value. I covered the roller mat with Saran Wrap so I didn’t have to clean that; everything else was easy to clean in the sink. I have not run anything through the dishwasher so that’s why I gave that aspect 4 stars as I cannot truly comment on that.

After watching videos on how to make sushi on YouTube, I decided bought this kit to make the job easier. It does the job how it is supposed to but I highly suggest you put a plastic wrap around the sushi mat to make the cleaning much easier. ALSO, it is nice that the kit includes reusable chopsticks!! You actually feel as if you are eating on a sushi place...
