The chair itself is very good and comfortable. The only reason this is a four and not a give is the flimsy plastic the cup/phone holder is made out of. If there was an easy way to replace those then I would rate this perfect. Definitely would buy again with a better cupholder attachment.

The slightest movement makes the gears start shifting, and the leg rest jolts down. Eventually, the gear is gonna completely strip. Trying to figure out a way to get a hold of anyone with the store but feel like I’m gonna be returning this soon.

It is so comfortable. Took it camping and I could’ve slept in the chair all night if the bugs weren’t so bad!

I was so excited to get this. Something I could lounge outside on that would support my legs and let me lay back. First time I tried it, it dumped me straight on my back when I tried to sit back up. My roommate thought I probably hadn't stretched it out right with the legs spread enough. So he tried it and it dumped him straight on his back when he tried to sit up. But he was expecting it, so it wasn't as rough on him. Not well designed, the legs do not lock into place. When you lean forward to try to bring the leg section down, the front legs collapse in and you are only on the back legs, which due to gravity, only has one way to go. Painful experiment!

I bought this chair because I really liked the one I bought at Sam’s Club a long time ago. This chair feels slightly smaller than Sam’s, and the tray snaps to the frame instead of being retractable. Also the cup holder and phone pockets aren’t deep enough which makes it useless. I was impressed with the build quality until one of the plastic feet broke. I feel that the cushion is good enough. Would I buy this again? No, I should’ve bought another one from Sam’s.

Bought two of these based on the info on display. Know the chairs very well having bought one 10 years ago. There is absolutely no difference between these and others for nearly 3 times cheaper. Reclines as far back as every other one. The tubing may be square and more solid is the only difference, however if you weigh so much that that is your buying criteria, you will not fit in it to begin with. Where this completely fails is the reclining mechanism. Incredibly stiff so much so when trying to lower yourself to get out of the chair, the entire leg assembly also starts to fold in like you are closing it. Terrible and dangerous. To top it all off, the so-called cushion is pathetic. An actual embarrassment to call it a cushion. I wouldn’t let a dog sleep on it. It is wafer thing. Took one test ride on the one, promptly packed it back up and sent both back for a refund. Save your time and money.

My son loves it as it was big enough and sturdy enough to fit him. Its heavy so don't take it on long hikes. I bought a carry strap so its still fine for camping or the beach.

I purchased this chair because we had a 30 hour cycling event coming up and knew the van would be too full of equipment to sleep inside. So, took a chance, hoping this would be comfortable enough to sleep on. It was better than expected. Very comfortable and sturdy. So glad it showed up in time for the trip.The adjustable head rest is great. The chair itself is comfortable and the cushion is just that extra layer of softness. Love it!
