It is so hard to clean. It must be to poreous because even pouring out coke or coffee stains it if it's not rinsed immediately.

UPDATE 12/1/2022: Had this sink 5 years and it's a mess. Stains that cannot be removed, the finish looks terrible. Nothing works to clean it. Needs to be replaced soon. Changed to 1 star. I would never recommend it.This sink is pretty much what we wanted and here is my review that I hope may help others. It has deep bowls and a big left hand sink for large items. It arrived in perfect condition. We had it top-mounted and it fit the existing hole in the counter top from our old stainless steel sink with no cutting or trimming needed. We did not want a white cast iron sink due to the chipping & scratching issues we had experienced in the past. The appearance may not appeal to everyone, it has a "dull" finish with absolutely no shine. And the white is not white, it's an off-white with a somewhat creamy appearance. It does not match white appliances but it is acceptable to us. We've had it a week and there have been no issues about staining or scratching like some people reported. We've used Soft Scrub on it and looks like new with no effort. Overall we are happy with it except for one major flaw. On both sides the bottoms of the sink bowels are not pitched correctly to fully drain the water away. In other words, a small pool of water stands in the the bottom of the sink after you drain it. You have to either wipe it out or let it sit, which would no doubt will create scale over time. This is very aggravating & not acceptable--definitely a manufacturing design--quality control issue. Of course, the sink was already installed & plumbed before we found out, so not sending it back. Otherwise it would have been a good value and very nice.

I don't usually review products I buy but I've been thinking it was important to do this one as there are so many conflicting reviews. First, let me say that in the house I had before I moved, I had a porcelain sink that I paid $900 for and I loved. But I just couldn't do that again. When i moved into this condo, there was a stainless steel sink and I hated it. I hate them all in fact, so I bought this one. It's true. It takes a little work to keep this sink clean. I use comet on it a couple of times a week and I really need to go get some bleach and let it sit for about an hour. But, on the other hand, I find this sink to be the most functional one I've ever had. The depth of the large side is unbelievable. I like it so much that I have taken to washing the dishes by hand instead of running the dishwasher. There are only two of us and I practically washed them before using the dishwasher anyway. Again, the depth is great. And the smaller side of the sink is not that small. Somehow, it feels like a normal double sink. Overall, I'm pleased with this sink and I've had it installed for a couple of month.s

Love this sink!!! I've always wanted a cast iron sink for my old farmhouse but have been hesitant bc of the staining and chipping. This is a lovely and functional alternative. This WILL get stains and scratches, don't get me wrong but the wonderful thing is is that you can easily just scrub them out with a scotchbrite pad or any abrasive scrubber. Love it. It's SUPER deep and has ample room for cleaning. I also love that the under side has partially pre drilled guide holes for faucet placement. We did have to purchase new brackets bc the included ones were too short but we have a very thick butcher block countertop. This wasn't hard to do or a major bother but still worth mentioning. Bottom line, great buy.

BEAUTIFULBe prepared to cut your counter top for the sink to accommodate the larger/longer bowl on the left side. A paper template is provided.I bought the white one and it will easily stain with red sauce, dark metal pans, wine, etc. to make sure the stain doesn't stick around I immediately use Ajax/Commet cleaner and scrub the sink. It goes immediately back to bright white every time. I don't allow the stains to be on the surface for long though.Other than the easy staining wuality the sink is amazing. The off aet drain in the large bowl make for easy straining of pasta and veggies. Larger items such as crock pots fit too. Absolutely thrilled eith the result.

This is a wonderful sink! I can't speak to the staining issues some reviewers have mentioned, because we only just installed it, but the instructions do say you can use abrasive cleaners (unlike acrylic sinks) or bleach, so I am hopeful. Primarily, though, I am pleased at its appearance and functionality. It is nice and deep. Our previous sink was six or seven inches deep, and that was quite functional. This one is nine inches deep, and will be really nice for a number of uses. It is attractive, and dropped easily into place. With only one hole already drilled (and spaces marked to drill more if needed) it allowed a tidy installation of a faucet with a pull-out sprayer head, so I didn't have to use the deck you usually see with faucets. I am totally thrilled with this!
