This swaybar does fit the 2019 t4r without kdss. It makes a big difference in eliminating body roll. I used some 7/8 two piece shaft collars around the bar to keep the bar from moving side to side in the mounts(both sides of the mounts or bushings). If you have an e-locker, then you need to do this to keep the bar from rubbing on the diff housing. You can get the collars on Amazon as well.

I got this as a heavier replacement for my OEM rear bar on my 2.5/1.5 lifted 2023 SR5 4Runner (7/8”, or a little more than 22mm, vs the 20mm of my factory bar) based on Tinkerer’s Adventure recommendation to force more travel out of the front IFS.The bar shipped and arrived well from Jegs. But the Addco bushings that came with it were kinda junk so I upgraded to Energy Suspension greaseable poly as well as added 7/8” stainless shaft collars to keep the bar from shifting in use.I also had to ream out the bar’s holes to 12mm to fit the end links as they were too small. After just a couple cycles of the suspension to test for any clearance issues I also noticed that the powder coating is already flaking off in the corners. So the bar should serve its purpose, and has a lifetime warranty, but it did take some work for my application. And the coating could use some improvement. We’ll see how it works in the long run.

My old rear sway bar snapped. Ordered this one for an 04 sr5 4runner, after some finessing it fit right in place. Much heavier then stock bar.
