I cannot give a complete review of this drone due to the battery charger not being in the kit. You can't fly the drone unless you can charge the battery. After spending a day working with customer service the only answer they will give you is to just return the drone for a refund. It's either that or you can spend more money and buy another balance battery charger.UPDATE:After contacting Swellpro customer service they refused to do anything to make things right. The only answer they would give me is since I bought the drone through Amazon is I need to deal with them. Neither Swellpro nor Amazon will just send the battery charger that was left out of the kit.
