Worst tuners ever. Won't keep tune.

Right side tuners do not fit! I bought a guitar kit from China so I figured that it's okay that some of the tuners didn't have a snug fit in the pre drilled holes. But the left side tuners fit perfectly... The right side tuners are loose and the bolts that attach the tuners on the string side of the head stock are almost impossible to turn without a wrench. The left side ones though, you can turn those by hand and they fit securely. Did I mention this is my second set? And I had the exact same problem across both sets? Will be returning fit a refund
