I saw someone using one of these swim leg floats at the pool last summer, and I wanted to try it. You put it between your legs, and it's supposed to keep your legs afloat while swimming. Of course, I won't be able to try it until next summer (I prefer outdoor pools to indoor pools), but it feels comfortable to me now. It's made of a firm, foam material. I don't know how big they are supposed to be, but this one measures 6"X9.5" - which seems about right for me. My legs seem to sink in the water, especially when I swim on my back - I'm looking forward to trying this out. I believe it's supposed to help with strength training in the water as well.

The Swim Pull Buoy is outstanding! While I haven't had the chance to try it in the pool yet due to the winter season, I tested its buoyancy in the sink, and it's excellent. The ergonomic design is apparent at first glance, and I'm confident it will be a game-changer for my pool workouts. As a paraplegic, swimming without assistance has been a challenge, but this buoy is set to make a significant impact. It promises to help me develop my arm strength and regain the joy of being in the pool. I look forward to updating this review come summer when I can fully utilize it in the water
