purchased the expensive staples that this required, it constantly jammed, the staples only went through on one side and crumpled on the other, so had to staple twice just to make sure the papers were secured. then after 4 months, the final jam, went to take out the staples and when I went to remove the cover to open it, the whole back end sprung out, a spring came flying out of no where, the staples took an hour to get out and as no one knows where the heck the spring came from or how/where to put it, the stupid thing no longer works. An expense piece of office equipment that has no durability. Tax season is hard enough to deal with without having inferior equipment doubling my work load. Don't waste your money on this one.
