These are the best replacement jack for the price in my opinion. All of my guitars get these, and also if you have a lower end guitar this could improve your sound quality a lot.

I've done guitar for many years to get the functionality that I want and you need to use good quality components for best results. Switch craft is what we older guys know and the best for Jack's and switches.

My old Gibson jack decided to be picky about angles. I replaced it with a Switchcraft due to their legendary reputation and longevity in the radio field. Build quality is good and included ferrules / nut thingies were a nice add on I wasn’t expecting but the photo does show it so I guess it’s nothing to special.Anyway you cut it it’s cheap and works. Hard to complain!

Can't got wrong with switchcraft . Installed without problems. Used to replace factory Gibson PCB board-mounted guitar jack. Once installed I don't think about guitar jacks ever again, and with the Switchcraft you won't have to either.

Fixing my guitar jack at a shop would have cost me $95+So glad I decided to invest in this and a soldering kit and just doing it myself.Fixed everything for $5+$25(soldering), and learned a bit about wiring and how guitars work!DIY is the way! The jack holds the cord tight and has a clean signal. Very easy install.

The product was shipped and functioned exactly as anticipated. I ordered 2 extra jacks just to have on hand. And I'm glad I did, because it turns out the packaging can allow the small but and washer to slip out and be lost if fliped upside down.To clarify; the packaging is simply a plastic bag with a folded cardboard label stapled to the top which is ment to seal the packaging. However there is a small slot at the top corners of the packaging which, as I stated before, are large enough to allow the washer and nut to slip out during shipping. 3 out of my 4 ordered jack have all there pieces, but I'll need to head to the hardware store to make the 4th one usable.Would have been 5 stars if not for this small detail.
