Warmth and lengthened cuffs to help seal out water make the Synergy Neoprene Swim Glove a favorite with triathletes and elite swimmers for training in varied weather conditions. To find your glove size, measure (in inches) around your hand with a tape measure across your palm. You should use your dominant hand, the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed. Measure around the hand at the fullest part (exclude thumb). Please refer to size chart image on the top left of this listing to ensure proper sizing.

The neoprene on the INside is SO sticky you cant get them on AT ALL. It’s like putting on gloves after they have been coated in glue on the inside. Totally impossible…. AND the Stiching tears immediately when you slightly pull on teh glove to get it on.

Seams on gloves are coming apart after only a short period of time and I bought a size bigger.

I am a diver and Free Diver so, I live in Wet Suits. I ordered large. I have wide hands, short wide fingers. Perfect fit. The tightness? That is normal and correct. If you struggle, then these will work. Easy to put on, but I'm used to this, so maybe biased? Love the review about wearing them backwards. I can see where they will last longer if done that way. I swim in an Olympic pool every morning, 40 laps (80 lengths) one-handed. These gloves will increase the resistance and turn the workout into something even better. Thanks guys!

I like the fit and they function well. The unfortunate thing both hands had seams coming apart at the base of the thumb after one use.

With booties, I swam until November 1 in the cold water on Cape Cod. These are shark proof too!
