ADDITIONAL SIZING GUIDANCE:
Use your weight to determine your size.
If you have longer legs and a shorter torso, subtract 2” from your height.
If you have shorter legs and a longer torso, add 2” to your height.
If you have a larger chest and/or shoulders, add 7 lbs to your weight.
If your measurements are between two sizes, we recommend a larger size wetsuit if you have broader shoulders, a larger chest or disproportionately bigger/stronger upper or lower body.
Choose a smaller wetsuit if you prefer a race fit and are comfortable with a snug fitting wetsuit or you anticipate shedding weight from physical conditioning.

I bought this about 4 weeks ago for my first swimrun and I do like it. I raced last weekend in it and so far it’s been exactly what I needed. I took off one star because there are other name brands, for the same price, that include the compression arm sleeves. The sleeves from this brand cost another $40, I think. I got this last minute and couldn’t find my size in the other brand and so got this one. Performance is totally fine, value is just so-so. For reference, I’m almost 5’8” almost 140, I got size medium and I think the size is perfect for me.
