I own a restaurant and purchased they to use. The covers/handles are very cheaply made. Just trying to get them off to fill up they already are broken.

I hosted a breakfast themed party and was looking for an option to be able to serve a variety of syrups. These fit the bill! They were functional and fun to have small containers with easy dispensers.I will say the tops don’t look like they will stand the test of time- and I definitely wouldn’t wash them in the dishwasher. However, I was able to easily label my syrups using a dry erase marker on the tops.If you are looking for a light use syrup container- meaning you will use them a handful of times a year- these are great. If you are looking for a syrup container you will use every day- I would say these wouldn’t be for you. They aren’t the quality for daily use.

The only metal on this is the flat piece that slides over the hole, and it’s so thin it bends open when you tip it and whatever liquid is inside pushes against it.The rest of the lid is cheap packaging plastic.Don’t buy.

It may be my fault for not reading the description thoroughly but I thought the lids were metal as we have these exact jars only with quality lids. The jars are fine but these lids are junk. Look for the metal ones. They last. My restaurant had 6 of these broken within the first week of use and we hand washed them rather than running them through the dishwasher.

We used this on mothers day and they worked good. The only down side is that two of them arrived broken in the box. Fortunatley it was one lid broke and one glass broke so we only lost one total.

I received the syurp defenders and didn't open right away. I opened them for a brunch on new years and discovered two of them broken. I was very disappointed.
