Pros: This transition is very flexible. Color matches the photo. It is super easy to install and cut. I was able to cut it with regular craft scissors.Cons: The tape is not very sticky for uneven surfaces. I installed this on ceramic tile-to-peel and stick vinyl flooring. There was about 1/2 inch height difference. The tape wasn't strong enough to press down on it and have it hold between uneven surfaces. I ended up using carpet tape, and it stuck very well.I used this in a closet. I would be hesitant to put this in the a high-traffic area because of the lack of stickiness.

I got this transition trim to bridge a gap between linoleum and floor tile in an under counter nook. The trim is made of nice quality rubber/vinyl, looks like it will be very durable and easy to clean. Very easy to cut with some heavy scissors/shears, I think a utility knife or razor blade would probably work well also. I made sure to clean both surfaces with some glass cleaner before applying the trim, the adhesive has a good initial grab, and seems very secure after installation. Nice neutral gray color that will blend in well to many color schemes.

My review of the T Molding Flexible Self Adhesive T Shape Floor Transition Strip Bendable T Rubber Trim T Transition Strip for Tile to Laminate Flooring (100 × 5cm Black)This transition strip was perfect for the space between my new LVP flooring and the threshold of my front door. It was easy to cut and install. The flat black color is subdued and a nice finishing touch. It has two adhesive strips that hold it down and the adhesive was plenty sticky. I am very pleased with the finished product and would recommend it.

I have several different places to transition from room to room. There are four doorways thresholds to my kitchen alone. The living room carpet must transition into the ceramic tile kitchen... But that will not stay because the carpet is being ripped out and will be hardwood flooring. I first chose a wood threshold and it did not fit properly after we added the tile (It was too thick and there is a door that slides over the threshold). The second option was a metal piece which I now see is not the most attractive thing if it does not go with your decor. This flexible plastic is by far the easiest way to get rid of the area between the carpet and the tile with just an exacto to cut it to size. Scissors did not work for me. It's fairly thick. I did not want to drill holes into my wood floors either and wanted to be able to change color/texture as we rip up the carpet.Because there are a variety of styles, (it has a wood-textured option), I can go from a stone stairway, to a ceramic kitchen...The ceramic kitchen to a wood floor, and from wood to carpet. They're also colors to match each room. I will get this in brown once the carpet is up so we can transition from wood to ceramic. This product is is such a time saver and the ease of use will make this a go-to product for me.

The transition strip works well, I installed it on a threshold where I have two different floors meet, and it was really easy to cut and install. I don't think the adhesive will stand up for very long on its own, so used additional carpenters glue and weighted it down for a while.
