Birthday gift for my grandson. He is very happy exploring. It has good magnifying points. Keeps him busy looking for bugs.

Gave as a gift to my 10 yr old niece and she loved it. Was checking everything out from the rug fibers to bugs and anything else she could find outside

I use this in a inspection kit for flooring. Works well as a basic magnifier and the connection to my tablet is nice to show homeowners and technicians what I see. If you are looking for a lab rated tool this is not it...but that is not what is was designed for.

This handheld microscope was a huge hit with my kids! It’s super easy to use right out of the box, and the magnification is surprisingly good for something so kid-friendly. They’ve been exploring everything—from leaves and bugs to fabrics and coins—and it’s sparked so many fun questions and discoveries. It’s lightweight, durable, and just the right size for small hands. A great way to encourage learning through play—I highly recommend it for any curious kid!

So excited for my kiddo to use this with his butterflies that he is growing! I tried it out and it is absolutely amazing and fun to use! The picture quality is great and I love how you can upload the pictures to a computer!

When I saw a wifi digital microscope for around $20, I laughed. Then I saw the rating and I got curious. Then I saw the reviews and decided that price was worth taking a chance. And now I am extremely happy with the amazing deal I got. This little guy might feel like a toy when you first pick it up. It is very lightweight and about the size of a small flashlight. However, there is serious functionality hiding in that cute little case. The wifi connectivity is enabled by connecting to an SSID that the microscope broadcasts when it is turned on. The application that you install on a phone guides the process of connecting to it and then displaying the image.Once connected, you can pan that camera around and the image updates in real-time with no issues. There is an integrated light ring that makes it usable anywhere. A large part of the case rotates to adjust the focus, making it easy to dial in focus when using two hands on the scope. There is a button on the scope to take pictures so that you never have to touch the phone while using it. The images are very crisp and provide some astounding detail when the focus is dialed in.Very highly recommended. In the short time that I've had this wifi microscope, I have already put it to serious use several times and it always performs beyond expectations. At this level of quality and price point, I could honestly see this becoming a household item; that's how good it is.

Connecting to a device via wifi, and then going back to an app to connect or register it, is across the board a simple task and very normal to have to do. However, this device has connected twice to my phone via the app, and the countless of times I've tried is now far too man and I have spent too much effort. I've simply stopped using it via wifi altogether at this point as it doesn't work. When powering up the lights will flash then go solid on the rear of the scope indicating wifi is turned on, great, the wifi signal pulls up in my settings and connects perfectly. Going back to the application, and nothing. Shows nothing is connected no matter what is tried including another iPhone, or by deleting the app and reinstalling.I have since always had to connect to my PC instead via the included USB cable. Thankfully that still works or I would have just thrown it in the trash. Waste of money being called WiFi microscope.
