I am a content creator who uses a lot of different devices. It can be hard to find a good mount that will actually work with my iPad 11 Pro in a case. This just does fit, though, so I'm happy with it.

I feel confident my tablet is secure in this clip. It has enough strength to do the job. I'm not sure the springs will last but for now they are fine.

This tablet mount adapter for tripods is light-weight, as it is made mostly out of plastic. By my estimation, it appears to be a medium quality plastic. There are several main parts and features of this adapter. There is a tablet mount, gripping claws to hold the tablet in place, a neck post, a tablet mount positioning screw-wheel for locking the mount's position, and 2 screw connection attachment-ports for attaching the adapter to a tripod.In it's default sizing position, it is fairly compact, about the size for a large mobile phone. However, the claw grips on the 2 ends are able to be pulled out for size adjustments. One grip end will only pull out after the user presses a small button on the mount's reverse side. The other grip end contains 1 of the attachment ports. Each claw has a soft spongey grip, for protecting the users' device from scratches, etc. The neck post is quite short, and contains the 2nd attachment port. The tablet mount can be swiveled around a bit for repositioning and then locked into that position with the screw-wheel.While I cannot see inside this tablet mount, there clearly must be a type of spring that gives grasping strength to the grip claws. The pair without the button, more specifically. They are actually rather strong and take some effort to pull out. The grips with the button don't have much pull strength, but that's also not really needed there, since the button mechanism keeps that side in place. From what I can tell, the button mechanism functions similiar to a zip tie. Sounds like one, too.So far, this tablet mount works well. I expect that it will continue to work well for quite some time to come, so long as it's handled with reasonable care. It's of a decent quality, but still not heavy duty, afterall. Also, I believe it would fit common tablet sizes, at least up to medium sizes. Perhaps bigger too, depending on what extra shells or casings are covering it, etc. But users should still read the product listing information to confirm size requirements. Likewise for confirming the types of tripods the mount can fit onto. So far, it has fit onto mine just fine.So in conclusion, this product works well, and has a strong grip. It should last some time with normal use, but also isn't made of heavy duty plastic material, so a need to handle with reasonable care is present here. 4 out of 5 stars.

My son uses this to hold his ipad (he has 12.9" ipad pro). He does videos for football games at his school and this mount attached to a tripod. It is very sturdy and holds the ipad steady. His videos turn out well and there is no movement. Sometimes he moved the tripod around and the ipad always stays securely in teh mount. He can easily move the ipad around when attached to the mount.

This SENWOW phone and tablet clamping mount is made from fairly sturdy plastic, and has a more than adequately strong spring with which to hold your electronic devices.When I first received this clamp mount, I spread ONE side of the mount, the "spring" side, out as far as it would go, and it was not wide enough to accommodate my large cell phone. After a minor panic, I realized that BOTH sides of this mount are adjustable, and allow the mount to open much wider. When both legs are opened as wide as possible, this mount will accommodate a phone or tablet of 9 inches ... maybe just a smidge longer.The mount has four, adequately heavy foam rubber "gripping" feet, that hold your device in the mount securely, and without scratching or marring it. There is a "ball and socket" type of adjuster on the back of the mount, to allow for plenty of adjustments. The adjuster has a large, plastic, tightening nut to secure your adjustment, once you find just the right position.On the bottom ... AND the side of this mount ... are standard, 1/4 inch by 20 threaded holes for securing this mount onto a tripod, monopod, selfie-stick, etc. And there is a small, 3-panel, User Manual, written in English, with pictures, helpful to learning the features and adjustments of the Tripod Mount Holder.
