Purchased item 9-10-2024, I’m writing this review 3-27-2025. Went to pull some meet from the freezer this morning only to find that everything in the freezer has started to thaw. The unit was on and actively running and was very warm to the touch. My normal fridge and freezer in my kitchen had no issues so I can rule out a power outage or something of that nature. After doing some research and reading reviews seems these are very cheap units and problematic. Already reached out to the manufacturer for a refund so we will see how that goes. Will definitely just go to Sam’s club and get a name brand with an actual warranty.
