I am very satisfied with the 13x13 red sun sail. It was easy to install, looks nice, blocks the sun, and lets rainwater though for my plants.However, the product arrived without the hardware included unfortunately, but, after contacting the seller, the hardware arrived about 7 days later. The only complaint I have, the seller did not respond to my message that the hardware was missing. I almost returned the sail, when the hardware arrived a week later. A bit more communication from the seller would have been appreciated.

Shade was fine, but I never would have purchased this if I had known it wasn’t going to come with the hardware that was specifically called out in the description:PACKAGE INCLUDES: Tang Sun Shade Sail & Hardware Kit (turnbucklex 2pcs, Pad eye x 4pcs, Snap Hook x 2pcs, Screw x 16pcs) With the included accessories, the sunshade sail can be installed in any position. You can adjust the swivel buckle for better stability and more durability.

I understood from the description that this would include hardware, which it did not. The shade itself is good, have used it less than a month but it seems to be holding up well.

Bought to put up over our aboveground pool to help keep it cooler.The pool temp went from a horrible 98-100 degree temp to around 80-85 degrees. Depending on the temp that day.Some like a warm pool but i live in the south US where the sun is a deadly lazer and during the summer you want to chill out dude totally hahahaha not float around in a soup pot.So we put this up. Its strong. Its been thru some hard thunderstorms so far and is in one piece still.The water drains thru it but not fast so will weigh it down some till the water drips thru but then again our storms drop mass amounts at once not little drizzlesYour area may be differentIt cimes with some tie on pieces. You may want to use different ropes and such depending on your installation requirementsVery good sun sail shade sail.It is heavier then i thought which shows it isnt a thin cheap material.Definitely try it if you need some shade in a area.Keep in mind the higher you put it the better. If its to low and closer to you you will feel like a pot roast in the oven. Higher leys the shade happen and the suns heat on it dissipate.Hope this helpsStay cool out there.

I've been really impressed with our sun shade. We use it over our cars for keeping them cooler in the summer and protection from above such as birds, leaves and (hopefully won't have to test this) small hail. We'll likely only use it during the warm months as I don't believe it should be left up when we get the occasional snow. I like that it provides a really good shade while not be a total black out type shade. You can still see through it. This also allows water to penetrate through, though in small drops, and any heavy rain usually goes to the low point and more or less "streams" through at that point. So you don't have to worry about getting a puddle of water off of it. Drains quickly and draws back up tight in the sun. Comes with all the hardware you need. As a related note, mine did have a seem that came apart along the edge and I reported it to the seller. They IMMEDIATELY took care of it and sent a brand new one. REALLY GREAT customer service. I highly recommend them.

I was gifted a custom made highest quality 16 x20 industrial high-tension shade canopy that wholesales for around $1,200 just for the canopy. It’s guaranteed for 10 years and willLast way longer than that.That said, The 10 x 12 canopy I bought on Amazon cost about $90, If I have to replace it every few years or so, I’m totally fine with that. It seemsVery high quality for money. It’s thick, tightly woven and sewn very well.More:I’ve put up several different sizes of these around our home and am a bit of a rigging master. I set up these things very similarly to how the pros do it meaning my canopies are hyperbolic paraboloids meaning that they are installed “twisted”. One set of corners of the canopy that diagonally oppose each other are higher up than the other 2 corners and the whole canopy is tensioned at about 50 pounds per corner. In a light wind the canopy does not perceptibly move. And in a heavy wind it gently moves. I also have 2 chains per corner: The main chain and a secondary chain coming down off of the corner at an angle. That pretty much means the corners do not move adding to the stability and aesthetic of the canopy.setting themUpThis way means they should last much longer because they don’t move so much. In a couple of locations around my home I use two canopies that overlap one another for added shade and an added aesthetic. There’s probably videos on-line showing how to go about this.
