DO NOT BUY! Negative stars!!I purchased this item in October, and after installation, the toilet began to leak. I contacted the seller, but received no response. We managed to get the toilet working again without support from the seller. Now, four months later, it's leaking again! I have attempted to reach out to the seller for assistance once more and am waiting to see if they respond. Save yourself a headache, buy from a big box stores so, that you can get support if you run into problems.

This is a total upgrade from a regular toilet . This product is well worth the money . Directions could have been a little bit clearer or more detailed . I would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade !

I was a bit dkeptical because I am not familiar with this brand but after compating the product to the ones with similar specs I decided to take the chance and glad I did. This toilet functions and looks like much more expensive ones from name brands. Noise level is good, flush and cleaning work perfectly. Definitely recommend for value of money and wuality. Also I am glad that the seat hole was large enough to accomodate larger adults unlike some other modrls and the toilet even came with an insert to make it compatible for small kids.

Two of these toilets cost me less than one Toto washlet. I have had numerous washlets (8) to be exact over the years. This toilet does everything that a washlet does, plus it auto flushes. Beautiful contemporary look. Powerful flush leaves no stains. Very user friendly remote. I highly recommend this product for anybody in the market for a bidet toilet.

This came with a punctured/cracked toilet set. I contacted the manufacturer as per Amazon and was told a new seat would be sent. That was 2 weeks ago and still have not received it and no replies to my inquiries.

Original review: Functional and looks great. Good quality product. Flushes well and the bidet functions are awesomeUpdated review: My plumber managed to install the toilet with much difficulties... The toilet needs a 1 inch shutoff valve (supplied) but since this is not standard US plumbing sizing, one needs to connect a connecting pipe from that water inlet to the 1 inch shutoff valve. More connections mean multiple points of plumbing failure and this is the case with my unit. Have had to call the plumber 2 times to fix the leaks. I have attached a picture of the leakThe auto open function stops working randomly. Have to restart or unplug the unit from power outlet to get it to reset.I still like the looks and the functionality. I just wish it came with standard US plumbing sizing.
