This transfer paper is pretty good if you make all your stencils by hand however it's not the best when used through a thermal printer. I did a simple test and put a stencil on my leg overnight, its a fairly long lasting stencil but it did blur alot and most of the area had turned blue, I also tested if it could be wiped away easily and it went well so if you're fine with doing it all by hand this is a good product, but it would have been perfect if it could be used in a thermal printer.

This is just as good as any other tattoo transfer paper.

I thought I’d give this generic transfer paper a try since the price was the lowest in existence and I’ve had success with other off-brand paper in the past. There were a lot of positive reviews so I didn’t hesitate to purchase this instantly. In this case, I got what I paid for. When fed through a tattoo stencil copier, the end result was a faded stencil. I tried two sheets before giving up and drinking a case of everclear. After I woke up a week later, I used a premium sheet of beautiful spirit brand paper and got a perfect, solid stencil. After examining the two failed specimens, I noticed that the black carbon sheet was extremely thin - significantly thinner than any other brand tattoo stencil paper that I have ever purchased in my lifetime. Now I have 23 sheets left. The quality, or lack there if, makes me question the ones who left positive reviews. It’s not worth the gas to return it so I’ll just keep it in my drawer until I decide it’s time to put it out of its misery and throw it into the recycling bin. Then maybe in its next life it will be recycled into paper that doesn’t suck. Maybe it works better for freehand stencils? Who has time for that? If you’re frugal like me because you’re reading a review on generic paper, take my advice and spend the extra $1.97 and get something better.
